With the busy work schedules that many people possess and the price tag that comes with high-quality personaltraining, online training has becomemore popular recently due to its convenience, affordability and reliability.With online training, you will receive workouts and nutrition plans catered toyour individual goals, as well as on-going text, email and video call support.


Initial ASSESSMENT to discuss your needs, wants, short-term and long-term goals.

After assessing your fitness and injury history, I will write up a detailed and adaptable FITNESS PROGRAMME  based on exercises that will help you reach your goals. 

I will conduct a detailed analysis of your current NUTRITION habits, and help you make the changes necessary to hit your goals.



I will be there with you every step of the way to support, motivate and educate you, and will be open to any questions you have for me along the way. I can be reached via Text, Email orTelephone. I believe in a holistic approach to coaching, and my job is to make sure you are happy and healthy. This is critical if your training is successful.


I offer 2 different levels of monthly plan all fully customised to your individual needs. The prices reflect the frequency of feedback and analysis of trainingdata.

Level 1: Fully personalised 4-week training plan with monthly email consultation and reassessment

Initial consultation to establish your goals, training history, availability to fit around your work, family and other commitments.

Daily detailed training plan.

Email contact on receipt of the plan to check understanding and in the final week to reassess your progress so the next training block can be devised.

Level 2: Fully personalised 4-week training plan with weekly email consultation and file analysis, and adaptation of the plan if needed

Initial consultation to establish your goals, training history, availability to fit around your work, family and other commitments

Daily detailed training plan.

Weekly email contact.

Weekly review of training data, power meter files and / or heart rate monitor information, and adjustment of the plan if necessary.
